The trip to Charleston was long, and we were there all day .Tyler’s ear is okay; he couldn’t hear because he had a hard big ball of dried blood and ear wax covering his ear drum. They had to get it out and he screamed his head off. We won’t know about scans for a few days.

The doctor said not to let anyone touch Tyler’s ears but MUSC because someone could damage them badly with the way his jaw is. The jaw is already turning to the side again, but there is nothing there covering it but skin. Tyler goes to the doctor here in Greenville on the 23rd to get set up some time that week for the screws in his foot and large leg bone. Tyler will go see Dr. Rodriguez in August when the leg has healed a little. Tyler still has to have the big surgery using dad’s leg bone. That’s still all in the plan.

The pick line is out and Tyler’s virus is gone. Tyler’s not taking as much medication and says he’s feeling better. Thank you all so much. God is hearing your prayers, so please keep praying. He still has a long way to go.

Gosh, the trip today cost over $150, but I had gas cards that were sent by Tyler’s angels and McDonald’s cards, so that worked out well. Tyler slept all the way and Nathan was so good.

We had to take George to the doctor this morning and then headed out to Charleston. Seems like we stay on the road or at doctors’ offices all the time. I am so grateful for all your help. Thank you all so much.

I am doing my best to raise money so I won’t have to ask for help so much. Tyler’s cruise in went really well. He was feeling good and really loved all the attention and cars. I want to thank a few people that put their hearts and souls in to helping Tyler with the cruise in, so thank you Leeann Shelton, Fred and AJ. Thank you Tim Hawkins, Helen and her husband who owns the Lil Rebel. Thanks to all the young people that Tim Hawkins brought out to help. Thanks to our family that showed up to help out, and thanks to all the people that came out and brought their cars. The place was packed. There just are not enough words to say how grateful we are.

Tyler only stayed a couple of hours. His foot was hurting. Tyler and I were on Fox 21 News on the 16th. It was at 10pm. I have it recorded, but don’t know how to get it on the computer. Maybe I could email them and ask them to send the link.

I also have plans for a large yard sale coming at the end of the month, so if you live close, go through your house and donate anything you don’t need to Tyler. That would be a great help. We can pick up, or you can deliver and meet Tyler.

Tyler will be having surgery on his leg here in Greenville this month. His foot has slipped off the big bone, so he will need screws to keep it in place. Tyler will go back to Maryland in August to get set up for more jaw surgery. We went to MUSC Charleston last week for scans and to have his ears looked. He is still in remission, yay!

Thank you Jesus .and thank you all that love and support Tyler. As I have said so many times before, you all are angels that God has placed in Tyler life.

The pictures include Tyler, Mrs. Belks’ dad from Tigerville School, Mrs. Bright (both Tyler and Nathan are really missing you), Mrs. Orazo and Mrs. Pat.

Tyler has a long way to go, but with god holding our hands, he will beat this. Love you and thank you to all Tyler’s angels out there.
